MEATSACKS: Quarter bags -
100% cotton, strong, but breathable with a smooth-pulling 1/4"
drawstring. These bags are actually big enough to cover an elk or
moose quarter.
PACKSACKS: Saddle Cloth. Six micro-layers to protect from nature's worst
elements.
The Lochsa divided packsack is
about 3700 CI. The main compartment measures 27x14x7" with a
fold-out inside pocket at the top of the bag measuring 12 x 6 x 13"
so you can divide your load more evenly. Pockets on each side
measure 22 x 5 x 3". 2 pockets on the front measure 9 x 11 x
3". All zippers are heavy duty and zip the length of the
bag both directions. 2 liter hydration system. Secures to
the frame at 3 points on each side with a quiet and simple
webbing/buckle system.
Our day pack, pictured below
is about 17 x 12 x 6. It has it's own suspension or can be secured to
the frame. Has 1 front pocket 9x9x3" and two side pockets 12 x 3
x 5".
Day pack can be easily secured above the Lochsa if you have
the extension on your frame.
